A new children’s park will be built in the urban area of Neijiang, Sichuan, and is expected to open next May.

According to reports, the supporting infrastructure project for the renovation of old residential areas in the Pailou Subdistrict of Shizhong District, Neijiang City, Sichuan Province (first batch) will include the construction of a fully-equipped children’s park. The project is expected to be completed by the end of December this year and officially open to the public in May next year.
The entire project covers a total area of 7,680 square meters and has a total investment of approximately 5 million yuan. It aims to create a high-quality public space for residents living in the surrounding older residential communities. The park will feature interactive facilities for parents and children, a variety of sports amenities, and comfortable walking paths, catering to the diverse needs of residents of all ages—from children’s play areas and youth sports facilities to leisurely strolls for middle-aged and elderly residents.
